Due to the personalized nature of our dietician services, all sales are final. Once payment is made and services have commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Services
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all consultations, dietary plans, and related services provided are non-refundable. We invest time, expertise, and resources in customizing each plan, which cannot be reclaimed once delivered.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We do not provide refunds for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations but will make efforts to reschedule based on availability.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days) of your initial booking. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases where services have not commenced, and a specific request is made in writing within 24 hours of purchase. However, we reserve the right to deny any refund request, as exceptions are at our sole discretion.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make modifications to our services as necessary. If a service adjustment impacts your scheduled consultation or plan, we will notify you and make alternative arrangements. However, such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
